SQL Reports and Microsoft Dynamics SL
The
power of SQL Server Reporting Services and flexibility of Dynamics
SL come together to offer the ability to call SSRS reports from
within Dynamics SL.If you are familiar with the Crystal Reports for Dynamics SL you may have come to rely on the ROI (Report Options Interpreter) which allows you to use UDF (User Defined Functions) specific to Dynamics SL to pass values to Crystal Reports.
Microsoft Dynamics SL ships with some of the standard reports built using SSRS and gives you the ability to build your own SSRS report and has extended the use of the ROI as the ROISRS (Report Options Interpreter for SQL Reporting Services).
